We loved this apartment, have visited Potes often, usually staying at Oso in Cosgaya but this was also fabulous and lovely and warm for our January trip. Pool area appeared open but I wasn't quite brave enough for a swim.
The apartment had all we needed and after a busy day in the mountains we just sat in the living area and enjoying being warm for the first time in 2 weeks!
The staff work hard at keeping beautiful gardens and nice outside sitting areas as well as the pool. They arrived at our door with an electric kettle on the morning of our 2nd day. (We had happily settles for boiling water in a pan but it was thoughtful of them).
On the 2nd night of our stay the family above was a bit noisy, the 1st night I think the apartment above us was empty. Not a big problem but might be an issue for some.
The sofa in the lounge wasn't all that comfortable to sit on.

Central location, fair value for money, decent apartment, modern and comfortable beds, nice swimming pool.
The bathroom, kitchen and part of the furniture (living room, closets in bedroom) were outdated, but we received good value for money.

The location was excellent as it is right in the town centre - it’s so nice to be able to walk everywhere! Very welcoming staff although it would have been good to have some information in English e.g. where the bins were, etc. It was good to have the pool to cool down in and it was mostly peaceful there to relax after a walk. The beds were comfortable and considering the age of the apartment, which meant no air conditioning, it wasn’t too hot at night.
The living area of the apartment is cramped because of the large furniture and the chairs were very low and uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. We really missed having any outside space or communal area to use apart from the pool. It was very disappointing to see a pile of rubble (collapsed building) from the windows.
