Nuestra estancia fue simplemente maravillosa! El alojamiento superó todas nuestras expectativas por su comodidad, limpieza y ubicación privilegiada en pleno corazón de Potes. Queremos destacar especialmente la excelente predisposición y amabilidad del personal que nos permitieron realizar el check-in antes de la hora prevista, un detalle que facilitó muchísimo la organización de nuestra llegada y que agradecemos enormemente. Todo estuvo impecable de principio a fin. Un lugar totalmente recomendable para descansar, disfrutar de los Picos de Europa y sentirse como en casa. ¡Recomendado 100 %!
Algunos detalles de aislamiento acústico entre los apartamentos y tb con la ruta, podrían mejorarse para garantizar un descanso más tranquilo.

Central location, very clean and a really nice room
We booked and paid for a room with a balcony and terrace but the room had neither. The staff did put a table and chairs outside for us. Not ideal but overall we were happy.
