Pas d accueil personnalisé avec informations pratiques. Rien de plus qu une boîte à clés. Équipement cuisine succinct. Pas d oreillers, juste un traversin plat. Bruits intérieurs : chaudière dans la cuisine qui augmente encore la chaleur dans la pièce de vie (pas de ventilo ni clim). Bruits extérieurs tôt le matin car livraisons de la supérette.

The location is fantastic right in heart of the old town. And also above the supermarket, which makes it very convenient easy to walk everywhere and a lovely view of the mountains. I love the big open windows and being able to sit and drink my coffee while looking out at the mountains

The central location was great, the host was attentive

There is a lot of noise from the shop downstais. On most of the days it would wake us up just after 7am. The small streets around the building are open to traffic, so there is a lot of noise from them too. On day two of our stay, we noticed fumes coming from the gas boiler. The host sent someone to look at it within 2 hrs, but all that this guy did was putting a piece of sticky tape on the flue that the smoke was coming from. We stayed 5 nights and there wasn't enough toilet paper or rubbish bags left. The dinig area is very uncomfortable - the kitchen island has units underneath, so there is nowhere to put your legs.
