About this house rental
This is a traditional stone home with a large terrace overlooking the picturesque Adriatic Sea. The home is located in Lapad, which is a quiet and quaint area of the city of Dubrovnik. Its accommodations are modernly equipped to provide a comfortable experience and an unforgettable stay during your vacation.
The home itself has three bedrooms – two bedrooms are equipped with double beds while the third has one single bed. There are also two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living and a dining room with direct access to a large terrace which measures 80 square meters.
The terrace, with its large size and potential for activities, is a separate part of the home where one can easily spend an entire day. There is a covered lounge area featuring lounge chairs and table along with a barbecue grill which is ideal for preparing and serving grilled specialties. After a delicious meal, time can be enjoyed relaxing with a refreshing drink or taking in the magnificent views of the bay of Gruz and the Dubrovnik Bridge, especially at night…

Family of five stayed for a week at these beautiful property. We all loved it (age 18-60) Location was perfect for us. You have everything you need within walking distance. The balcony/veranda is very large. Great for sunbathing or just sitting watching the beautiful view. We only went once to the old town, it is worth it but we enjoyed this location to much to go again. Owners are very nice and helpful. Can’t wait to come back, highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. All amenities within walking distance. Locals friendly and very hepful. Lots to do. Would recommend it to anyone. We love croatia.

Spent a really relaxing week at the Stone House. Super property that was perfect for 2 couples. Everything you need is in the house, but most of our time was spent out of the house on the wonderful terrace or visiting the great choice of restaurants within walking distance. Also very convenient to Uber into the Old Town or other areas of Dubrovnik. Mato took care of arranging our transport to and from the airport and his mother graciously welcomed us and stopped by before we left.One of the trip highlights was a really nice wine bar/winery called Skar just a couple of doors down from the property. The owners are very pleasant and have a family history in the immediate area dating back 400+ years. We finished every evening here with a glass of wine (or two) and an interesting conversation with Mato and Marina.Highly recommend the Stone House and would definitely stay here again.
