Completely independent villa just 1000 meters from Maladroxia beach, the largest on the island of Sant'Antioco
The villa is completely surrounded by a fenced garden of 300sqm, full of flowers, olive trees, myrtle, tropical plants.
Here everything is peaceful and relaxing, between the green hills and the Mediterranean scrub.
A fully asphalted road leads directly to the beach, which can be easily reached on foot.
In the garden, near the living room there is a beautiful and large veranda with table, chairs, barbecue for outdoor dining, looking at the horizon.
The villa is completely fenced and you can park your car on the property.
The interior: a large living room with equipped kitchen, fireplace, a covered veranda with direct access from the hall, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
A staircase leads to the bright basement; there are 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 possible extra beds, 1 bathroom with shower.
2 verandas, a larger one in the garden, and a second, smaller one, attached to the living; 1 living room with kitchenette;

Lovely little cottage with gorgeous garden set in quiet countryside. Good communication with Francesco who dealt with issues rapidly. Extra charges for things like sheets were unusual for us, but maybe that's what happens in Sardinia. You'll need a car to get around this amazing island. We'd definitely come back to this lovely, peaceful property.

This is a perfect holiday home for people who enjoy tranquility and comfort. Our hosts Francesco and Tina were most welcoming with gifts of wine and olive oil. The location is ideal, only 1 km from the lovely beach at Maladroxia and 9km from the town of Sant Antioco. A car is essential. The house is very comfortable with a lovely veranda and a large garden of olive, myrtle pomegranate and many more. The clever arrangement of the bedrooms set below ground level keps the bedrooms pleasantly cool despite the 30 degree heat. The house has everything you could need. It is also very private with lovely views and no neighbors nearby. We will definitely be back. Thank you Francesco and Tina for a perfect holiday. Grazie mille!
