Amadeo was more than accommodating. He came to the check-in area early to hold our luggage for us. They helped by carrying our luggage up the 2 flights of stairs and placing them in our room. the room was clean and looked over a street in Montepulciano- listening to the hourly chimes was an added bonus. Amadeo went above and beyond in working with a delivery company to receive a package for us, we know he came in early to meet the driver. and stayed in contact with us when it arrived. The customer service was exceptional, location perfect, the room was comfortable

Excellent friendly service, really appreciated the upgrade to the amazing apartment! Very nice old building in the historical centre, but facilities are modern and convenient. Also good support in getting the car license to enter town and park there.

The La Dimora nel Corso is the location everyone should want to stay at. It is centrally located around all the things to see but maintains the charm of a lived in neighborhood in an Italian town. The owner is a true gem that goes out of her way to ensure guests enjoy their stay in Montepulciano with recommendations of places to eat and sights to see. Book here to make your time in Montepulciano truly special.
I would not change anything. The location and staff are wonderful. Montepulciano is hilly bit there is hotel specific parking that you can arrange with the owner.
