Great location for exploring Montipulciano Very clean. All booking instructions were easy to follow
The aircon in the room was very loud and kept us awake. Had to keep it on as the temperature was so high

Nice room, close to the center and old town Montepulciano. Friendly staff - decent breakfast.
The room was a little stuffy. Could use a fan to circulate air. Air conditioning only functional certain times of the year.

Great location, hard to beat.
Black mould in the shower, poor drainage. Breakfast not fresh food. One flickering, one failed light in the room
