Truly one of the best places we’ve stayed. The host was very friendly, and the room is in a great location with parking nearby. You can enter the ZTL (after the host registers your car) and park easily. Once you exit the parking, there’s a small path on the left that doesn’t appear on Google Maps — it leads directly to the entrance, so there’s no need for the 7-minute walk shown on the map.
The room is accessible only by stairs (no elevator). It wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility limitations.

Location was perfect for exploring Montepulciano and it was ideal for a family of 5 because the rooms were separate but adjoining. The manager, Federica was lovely and super helpful and even drove with us to find parking!
