Centro Montepulciano Rooms

The location and views are indeed incredible! BUT, I feel the ad is not very truthful, there is no private entrance and while the garden might be just for the room it is not actually attached to the room. So you first need to leave your room, via the hallway which has three more rooms, out the front door, via the street, to the garden door. If this was clear from the ad it would not be a problem, but since we understood the garden to be attached to the room, this was a bit disappointing.

Things like private entrance, private garden en coffee machine were all not there. So our idea to roll out of bed, have a lovely coffee in our private garden- not possible.

View, room and friendly and helpful host

This room was meticulously clean and had the most spectacular views of Montepulciano from the balcony. It was very simple, so probably best for staying 2 or 3 nights rather than a long stay, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is great - it's right in the centre of Montepulciano, close to the piazza and walking distance to many restaurants. Right around the corner, in the piazza, is a tourist information centre where they will give you brochures and ideas for tours and activities.

We needed a few more amenities: two mugs (there was a kettle, but no cups for tea and coffee), 2 plates, an ironing board, some more coat hangers,

Beautiful spacious room, clean and perfect bathroom and terrace with AMAZING views. The host was quick to respond to queries and when we arrived at the front door, arrived within minutes of us calling him. Would definitely return and absolutely recommend.
