We rented 2 rooms as we traveled with another couple. Rooms were comfortable and it was in a good location.
The shower head in one apartment was not secure. A map of the area would have been helpful. Parking area and directions to it were unexpected

Not suited for seniors. Too,many stairs and lack of communication
We had a small accident with a glass of wine that was broken. We cleaned as much as we could and reported it and paid 5 e for the glass.
No offer was made to clean up the glass and consequently as we were leaving we were charged 50 E in cash as she would not accept visa for cleaning the wall that had some wine splashed on it.
We were disturbed by the her attitude as she was very rude and annoyed with us.

"A quiet place atop of Montepulciano. Be ready with the incline! The room was very spacious and clean. Close to very gorgeous views of Tuscany, as well as wine bars and restaurants."
