It was quite hot and the aircon was up on the top Level and didn’t reach the bedroom Too well. Luckily the days cooled down so it was fine :)

We loved the location and the staff. It was very central in Montepulciano, and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend dining at the restaurant for lunch or dinner (ask for a table on the terrace because the view is amazing!). We would also recommend booking the wine tasting experience in the cellar. The team were so friendly and knowledgeable! Our room was specious, and walking distance to everything you'd want to see in Montepulciano. A fantastic stay, and we would stay again. Thank you so much!

The air conditioning was only in the half mezzanine level of our room, so struggled to get down to our bed at the bottom of the stairs. However we didn't know there would be any AC because the property listing didn't have it, so it was a bonus to have any - since it was a heatwave of 37 degrees Celcius when we stayed! Thank you for everything, it was a wonderful stay.

Great location, cool little apartment

The location is excellent right in the piazza. Great views from their patio. The people are gorgeous good breakfast and the restaurant is exceptional. Great shops. The area is incredible we hired e bikes to look around.

The room is very dark and the shower is so small once you’re in it you cannot move. The room could do with a makeover very old and flat pillows. No glasses water or plates or cutlery in room. It’s very basic but is cheaper so I suppose it’s great value for money.
