About this villa rental
Due to prolonged drought, we have been instructed by the Department to stop taking water for the swimming pools, among others. Unfortunately, we must therefore close them as of today!!! Our rental prices have been adjusted accordingly.

Endroit idéal pour se déconnecter à seulement une heure de Nice.
Equipement de qualité (cuisine + piscine), maison très propre et très bien aménagée pour un séjour entre amis (plusieurs dépendances).

Es war ein super Haus für 2 Familien zum teilen . Es hatte 4 Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Bädern ( enge Treppe zum Bett ) .Mit Freunden also perfekt .Nur das eine Schlafzimmer liegt über der Küche nicht ganz gut,man bekommt alles mit ( muss also der bekommen ,der zuerst aufsteht ) Nur die Küche ( relativ neu ) War sehr klein,zu zweit wurde es schon eng ,aber es ging .
Pool und Terrasse waren super mit Liegen und Stühle . Die Kinder und wir haben den Pool geliebt .
In der Natur gibt es viele Tiere die auch gern in Haus waren,aber das ging.( bin da empfindlich:)) Wenn irgendwas war konnte man Frank es immer sagen ,er löste es zügig . Wir werden unsren Kaffee auf der Terrasse vermissen

La promesse de la cabane perdue dans la nature est tenue ! Il y a une super vue de la piscine et les chambres sont correctes.
Nous avons eu un super séjour.
Petit bémol, un petit rafraissement extérieur pour être de rigueur, mais c'est un détail qui n'a pas entaché notre semaine !

très belle propriété offrant 4 chambres avec SDB privative et un grand espace commun. Dommage que la piscine présente 2 inconvénients majeurs : volet de protection/sécurité hors service, chauffage et débordement en panne.
Les abords non entretenus avec des herbes d'un mètre de haut, la rigole du débordement nid à moustiques,... nuisent au cachet de l'ensemble.
Cette belle propriété ne convient absolument pas aux enfants ni aux personnes à mobilité réduite (accès aux couchages par un escalier très abrupt).
Manque également une cafetière qui oblige à se contenter de café soluble...
Par ailleurs, la réception de la TV uniquement en hollandais et l'absence d'internet était dommageable
Par contre, le gérant Franck est très agréable, réactif et disponible quand on le sollicite.
