About this villa rental
This stunning villa is utterly unique and one of our most popular due to its exceptional location, large pool equipped with the swimming against the current machine & garden, luxury décor, period features and sweeping views down to the Mediterranean.
Perched on the mountain-side in the village center, the south-facing house is seconds away from the artisan shops, restaurants and all that medieval Tourrettes has to offer. The villa comfortably accommodates 8/9 people : 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including 2 ensuite, plus an adjacent newly renovated maisonnette which offers one double bedroom, a fully equipped American kitchen opening on a living room and finally a shower room with toilets. Possibility of adding one person on a sofa bed .
The villa is beautifully furnished and packed full of period features. Spacious rooms, wooden beams, antique furnishings, tasteful artwork, the large chateau-style fireplace and even secret balconies complete this charming French picture. The compact Provençal-style kitchen is well appointed and each bedroom benefits from its own bathroom, either ensuite or located next to the bedroom. In addition, the house has satellite TV and a multi-room wireless music system.
Outside, terraces are on several sides of the property allow guests to follow the sun or relax in the shade, and have stunning views over the village, valleys and down to the sea. The stone barbecue and two well-equipped outdoor kitchen & dining areas offer a choice of where to eat.
Rather amazingly for such a central location, the house has off-street parking with automatic gate, a large private swimming pool area and landscaped gardens with boules pitch, terraces and a wealth of mature trees (citrus, palm trees and wisteria are just a few examples). Summer to winter this villa offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the area and switch to a different pace of life.

The villa is lovely. Not modern but equally not decrepit. Everything worked. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tube clean and deep. The charcoal fire pit functioned well and the multiple outdoor spaces offered different views and moods. Tourette’s Sur Loup has great views, is less touristy then St. Paul Sur Loup or Mougin, and has solid dining. Try Spelt (you need a reservation) wine from Leary’s in the main square.
