About this apartment rental
Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a bathtub with jets. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the guest room, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Clean, perfect size for a family of 4/6, all appliances worked as expected, fireplace kept LR cozy, perfect access to slopes as it was close to ski lodge.Will definitely book this rental again! Property management company were friendly and very helpful with directions and information for area attractions. They allowed us early check in which was so beneficial for us after being on the road for 10-12 hours! Will recommend to any friends traveling to this area.

This Cabin Had everything we needed and more. Perfect access to the slopes, convenient to stores and restaurants. Balcony overlooking the slopes was awesome! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms updated and carpets clean. Will definitely stay here again in the future

We loved our stay here. It was clean and as described. We really enjoyed being able to watch the skiers and snowboarders on the mountain. We hope to come back soon!

While the actual cabin was fine, the location was great. Aside from the steep set of stairs that you must traverse to get to the slope, which is tough with gear on on the way down but brutal when you're tired on the way up, the location is perfect. We loved the views of the lift and mountain from the balcony.
