About this apartment rental
Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful renovated condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a beautiful walk-in shower in the master bath. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the guest room, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong.

Worked out well for our family trip. Walked right onto the slope with the kids. Clean, well kept condo with easy access to the mountain!

The space was perfect for my 2 kids and I for our ski trip. Plenty of space and close by to the Ski Resort.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.

Great location and lovely property. For some reason they have up old pictures on the web site--the wet bar has been removed and the kitchen remodeled to create a nice open plan, also new light fixture over dining room table. Clean, everything you could need to cook, super cozy, fireplace worked, could truly walk right to the slopes and could watch people skiing from the cute balcony. Would totally stay here again.
Very disappointed in the property management. At 11pm on our last night a man banged on our door (no mask!) and asked where our car was parked because a water main had burst. Failed to mention that we would be without water for the rest of our stay and also that the water that would be coming out of our pipes would be brown impotable sludge. So our nice leisurely morning turned into a no coffee, no breakfast, no shower morning. Nobody called, emailed, texted. Nobody brought potable water. Nobody offered any recompense for the fact that we had no running water for 25% of our stay. The property was nice enough I would have definitely expected better customer service. Great property--just hope you have water.
