Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful renovated condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a beautiful walk-in shower in the master bath. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the guest room, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong.

The space was perfect for my 2 kids and I for our ski trip. Plenty of space and close by to the Ski Resort.

Cozy condo.Well-appointed kitchen.Good view of ski slope.Fireplace was very nice.Easy check-in at rental office, friendly staff.bedrooms spacious and comfortable.Has baseboard heat (worked fine, but have to watch out for kids).Good access to Easy Street run on Sugar Mtn. Does require a long staircase.Very nice kitchen and bathroom remodel.Easy parking and access. You do need 4WD or chains in the snow.
