This condo is located at the base of Sugar Mountain Resort and is less than a five minute walk to the lodge, lifts and slopes, golf course, tennis courts, snow tubing, hiking and ice skating. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves with a great view of Grandfather Mountain or grab a blanket and snuggle up in front of the fireplace.

This property has a five star rating for a reason. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. Rooms are all of good size, cozy and comfortable all in one. Kitchen spices and supplies stocked well. The path to tubing is great you don’t have to drive. Short four minute walk. Host was great with any questions you might have. Answered promptly. Definitely would recommend. Angela

Overall a great experience. Location was great, within walking distance to the resort; and enough space to sleep 7 people comfortably.

I loved the location to be able to walk a path to the upper parking lot to get to the slopes. Good clean place with plenty of supplies for everything he would need. Only issue I had was some minor things with the Microwave going out and tripping the breaker when we were using tons of laptops in the house and. The other thing was the garbage disposal wasn’t working, but I’m sure the owner will fix it right away because he was very attentive to any immediate needs I had.
