This spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is ideally situated at the base of Sugar Mountain, conveniently close to the public golf course and tennis courts. As an upper-level unit, it offers a serene wooded view.
The main level features an inviting open-concept living area adorned with exposed beams that enhance its rustic charm. Ample seating is available in front of the stone gas fireplace and large-screen television, complemented by a wet bar for added enjoyment. The remodeled kitchen boasts black stainless steel appliances and elegant stone countertops.
