Each bedroom features a queen bed, while the bonus room offers two twin beds—perfect for kids or extra guests. Vaulted ceilings and interior windows give the living room a bright, open feel, and the gas fireplace creates a warm mountain atmosphere with the flip of a switch.
The fully equipped kitchen flows into the living space, with a large island and bar stools that make mealtimes and gatherings easy. Both bathrooms feature large, recently updated showers, and guests can enjoy modern comforts like free WiFi, a smart TV, washer/dryer, and central heating and air conditioning. Step outside to the deck for a view of the golf course just through the trees.
This condo is ideally located just 350 yards from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort—an easy walk to skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and ice skating in winter, and golf and tennis in summer. Downtown Banner Elk is less than a 10-minute drive away for dining, shopping, and festivals.
