Dream Location! Perfect home for a skier's vacation! This updated 4-bedroom home is only 50 steps across the road to the main slopes of Sugar Mountain. Once you park your car, no need to have to fight the heavy traffic during the hectic ski day. The home is located near the cul-de-sac of Briarcliff Road therefore there is very light passing traffic. Plenty of space for 3 cars to park and 8 people to stay.
This 2-story house offers level entry to the bottom level which consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and laundry area. Upstairs you will find a large living/kitchen area, one bedroom, and a bath. Sit in the living room enjoying the warmth of the gas log fireplace and watch the action on the slopes across the street. Large deck to enjoy. This home is perfect for any time of the year.

We had a great stay at this house on the ski slopes! It was well maintained—comfortable and cozy. The location was excellent, just steps from the slopes. One tip: definitely make sure you have a 4x4 vehicle, since the driveway is on a slope, and we needed 4-wheel drive to get up. Other than that, it was a perfect location—highly recommend!

On the postive: Great overall. GREAT location. Very clean, comfortable. I’d be right back there today if I could be! Suggestions: Replace/repair glass doors, update heating/gas log system or provide clear instructions for setting. -Dishwasher handle is broken.-Crack in the window by the stairs-Both screen doors need replaced/repaired. They wouldn’t stay closed. And the one downstairs looked bent.-Bathtub jacuzzi jets upstairs need deep cleaned. It started leaking out brown stuff after I bathed the kids. (We didn’t use the jets)-trim around the fireplace was broken and kept falling off.

Great location on the slopes!! Based on previous reviews, I was hoping for a similar overall experience. The home needs more TLC and appeared to have been rushed to clean between guests. It needs a full deep clean to include tub jets, oven, sinks, porch, etc that visibly look like it hasn’t been touched in several months. Pillows, sheets and extra covers in the closets don’t appear to be regularly changed, cleaned and maintained. Kitchen is fully stocked with any cookware you could need. There is no pantry space though. Overall we had a great time.
