Location in a way is quite ok if you are attending an event nearby.

I was given a key card for my room and when I entered, someone was in the bathroom who screamed at me. I quickly apologised and closed the door. When I told the receptionist about the incident, they looked so clueless about the whole situation. I was given another room and was told, now it should be the right one! Some professionalism there 👏🏼 I was not expecting much but the bathroom had no dryer and there was a big hole on the bathroom wall.

An unpleasant stay at ibbis Budget

The field view and Breakfast was the only thing that we liked. Some of the staff were very bubbly and smily. I honestly like the place as it is very handy for me to access my families easily.

I made a mistake in the booking in the first place instead of Ibbis I booked Ibbis Budget. Last time I booked with Ibbis everything was perfect. This time With Ibbis Budget I kind of didn't enjoy it that much. Cleaner's didn't clean the room properly. I sea dust on the floor even though cleaners attended our room everyday during our stay. I even asked if we could be given ibbis instead of ibbis Budget. Staff refused to swap us. I came back on the second to book another room for 2 days. I clearly stated 2 days to the reception but she booked us only for 1 day. It was a hassle to come back downstairs when my daughters found out the their card was not working. I had to come downstairs with them only to find out that the room was booked for only 1 day. How come we as Adult we booked until Friday and book only 1 day for the children ? It doesn't make sense at all. I think the staff should be well focused and pay attention to details when a customer is talking to them. The rooms at Ibbis Budget Stinks of Cigerette. Something that is very unpleasant. I smoke and I respect the hotel Policy and always go outside to smoke. How come other client is taking it for granted and smoking inside the rooms ?
