Wouldn't stay again

Hotel is run down, and we found a big thick fake eyelash stuck to the "clean" bedsheets. View out of the window was the hotels empty, run down outdoor swimming pool. Food labelling was poor at breakfast with no allergen labelling

When I came back at night, I had to wait for someone to open the entrance door. The alarm sounded twice in the morning and they said to get out. While someone was smoking. When I came down at night and then went up, the elevator wasn't working, it was more like a military zone and I didn't feel at peace.

I arrived late, tired and hungry - room service ordered at 9.30 pm and arrived in 10 mins! Fabulous service!!!

Basic hotel, cant understand the 4 star rating

The location was very convenient with a bus stop cloae by to the nearest station to get into paris and the hotel also has very secure parking. Good selection overall for breakfast.

How on earth this place is scored 4 star is beyond me. Rooms are very old and you can see they have poorly tried to paint to freshen it up. Pool was dirty and smelly to be honest and the food menu was extremely limited. My score for booking.com is always on value for money based on what i booked vs received. Having paid £168 for a 4 star hotel half board the value for money is strong but vs the actual hotels facilities it is not. To give you an example there were over a dozen ice creams to chose from at dinner which was triple the amount of mains and starters. We got beef skewers, essentially 2 steaks on a stick...

Decent stay in decent hotel.

Front Office Staff were good and attentive. Rooms were decent and clean.

Dinner was a huge disapointment, was not fresh, low quality piece of meat cooked wrong and salad had an essentially raw egg. I ended up vomiting...That is not a fitness room, it is a cheap way to to say you have one, but ill-equipped and micro with no free weights and only 3 cheap machines...Do it right or leave it alone...

I would not book again and not sugget this hotel. Way too expensive for what it offers

The room was clean and not noisy even it was street view

- No mirror in the room - no blug for styling in the bathroom, no conditioner - water was stuck in the sink and took forever to drown - Water cooking but no Tea or coffee in the room - Breakfast was not good, serials dry, eggs disgusting, marmalade always empty, sticky tables and spoons, not much choice of sausage and vagetable - airconditioning in the room didn´t work - toilet seat was loose...

Exceptional

I had a 4nights stay with my 3yrs baby, and we really enjoyed. There is a comfortable baby play area and the swimming pool, the staffs are kids friendly, and the hotel restaurant offers quite good dinner. Highly recommended.

Felt on edge from area / noise and left without much rest.

Male staff at the reception were friendly and breakfast bakery was fresh.

There were coaches and trucks running their engine at night disturbing my sleep rightoutside my window.

Easy checkin and checkout process. Comfy beds.

Breakfast wasnt that great. No much options at all. Surprisingly the restaurant doesnt operate on friday, Saturday and sundays except for breakfast which doesnt sound good. Washroom was very small.

I do not know if that is a NOVOTEL 4 stars as they mentioned due to the problems that occurred with me but they solved it - staff were good. Plus, the electricity cut off for like 20-30 minutes.

Nothing special...

Decent size room, location was perfect for Sial show and the airport. Breakfast was good.

Was made to pay for for slippers - after paying £300 a night. Should not be the case. Pillows and beds could be comfier. Bathroom and toilet separate, with the toilet having no sink!

Not 4 star facilities

Staff were excellent. Tried to assist when needed.

No dining lunch and dinner on weekends. Garbage all around footpaths. No laundry. No shuttle to/from airport. 55euro taxi to airport. Bathroom dispensers broken. DEFINITELY NOT 4 STAR. 3 star at a push. French TV stations only. Not Smart TV connection to WiFi.
