Firstly, the location was very good, close to a supermarket and a pharmacy. Secondly, the metro and bus stations as well as a major roadway and a large park were within walking distance. Finally, the apartment was spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower had great pressure and very hot water. All in all, it's a superb apartment for a very affordable price!
Despite all the lovely pros, the apartment had a few cons, mainly, the entire apartment floor was tiled and as a result, remained cold to walk on despite the relative temperature of the apartment being around 24°C. Furthermore, in the kitchen only 2 out of 4 burners on the stove actually worked and there was no cutting board so even a simple meal preparation became difficult. Another issue was in the bathroom, where there was an A/C unit which was different from the main A/C and had no instructions on how to turn it on and once we figured it out, it was very loud. Oh, yeah, also the bathroom has no door, just a glass door to separate the WC from the shower. Finally, the jet tub kept spewing some kind of black residue whenever we used it and the water from the tap, despite being potable, has a strong chlorine taste to it, which doesn't disappear with boiling.

The property is in a cool location with a lot of bars and close to train station into city centre. The park next to is amazing for a walk. I loved the funky light post
