Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone (poza zmywarką). Blisko do przystanku metra. W pobliżu duży sklep spożywczy.
Intensywny zapach detergentów w łazience, remont ulicy za oknem, brak zmywarki.
