1) Using smartphone to open the doors = very convenient if you arrive late
2) location close to metro, and to entertainment places in Batan (amusement park and zoo)
3) availability and flexibility of the host (fixed problems and was open to suggestions)
1) reviewing and fixing things on time (a fridge was not working upon arrival)
