I liked that there was an intelligent lock and the access was very easy...I was a bit stressed after reading the reviews,but I actually enjoy when I am not depending on a key holder to open the property or hand over the keys I liked that it has all shops and coffee places around ,as well as public transport. it was decently clean
I didn't like the AC ...very noisy and not enough for the upper part of the property..while the ones sleeping downstairs were freezing,the ones up were baking! There is nothing to clean the floor and we saw a few cockroaches running around

Rapporto qualità prezzo buono rispetto ai prezzi di Madrid, ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, metro e bus vicini alla struttura, nelle immediate vicinanze negozi supermercati e ristoranti.
Non è molto vicino al centro, circa 20/25 minuti con i mezzi, camere e bagni senza finestre. Però il prezzo è buono quindi va benissimo.

Las camas.
Pequeñas cucarachas en los baños casi todos los días, una de las duchas estaba atascada (no tragaba el agua) y pocos utensilios de menaje en la cocina.
