El lugar está bastante bien, todo remodelado, nuevo, muy limpio y muy completo.
Como nota, está lejos del centro de Madrid pero eso no es un problema dependiendo de a donde te muevas.
Está cerca del Palacio Vistalegre. Cerca tiene un estacionamiento privado que es mejor reservar en línea para asegurar plaza.
Al ser una planta baja, a pie de calle, la habitación puede ser un poco ruidosa.
Es difícil llegar al apartamento sin las indicaciones telefónicas del co-anfitrión. Por lo tanto, yo recomiendo que se comuniquen con tiempo con el anfitrion para evitar contratiempos.

It's a nice apartment for a family with a pet to share when visiting Madrid. It was clean and well maintained. There were good cooking supplies in the kitchen.
We did not receive information about how to find the apartment and how to open the door until after we arrived and called the owner several times. It would have been better to receive the information ahead of arrival.

Si , la chica que lleva el piso es muy muy amable , el piso súper limpio , todo muy correcto , aparqué afuera , pero me gustó mucho que todo estaba muy limpio ,olía muy bien

La habitación cómoda la del primer piso y muy incómoda la segunda habitación
La comunicación con el anfitrión, PÉSIMA, nunca pudimos hacer el cambio del check-in, no responden los mensajes, el teléfono proporcionado es de Bélgica en otro idioma, nadie responde nunca, demasiado mal y no tiene opción a cancelar tu reserva porque sino se quedan con tu dinero, así que antes de reservar miren bien!
