O estacionamento é sem dúvida a melhor característica.
O apartamento é bom para uns dias, mas a zona é muito barulhenta.
O prédio tem elevador, e o carro fica no estacionamento coberto.
A cama é boa.
O sofá não é bom para dormir, mesmo para crianças.
O apartamento necessita de uma manutenção no WC.
Umas ventoinhas simples seriam uma excelente aquisição

Het extra sofabed is niet aan te raden om op te slapen.
Badkamer heeft opknapbeurt nodig.
App om de toegangsdeur van het appartementengebouw binnen te komen werkt alleen als de wifi in het appartement het doet
Communicatie ging via whatsapp waarin ze veel persoonlijke gegevens vroegen zonder eerst uit te leggen dat dat nodig was om bijvoorbeeld de toegangsapp te activeren.
