Perfect place to stay in Giverny

We loved everything. Our host was so welcoming. The room was bright with a lovely view of the garden. The fridge was well stocked with various drinks and the continental breakfast in the morning was fresh from the bakery. This is the perfect place to stay in Giverny and was only a 10 minute walk to Monet's garden.

The property is as advertised. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The bathroom was large. The entire room was very clean. The grounds were lovely. It was a quiet oasis in busy Giverny. The location was perfect. Giverny village and Monet's House/Gardens were a short stroll from the property. Our hostess was amazing. She was very helpful and accomodating.

Excellent host, nothing was too much trouble, so generous. Invited us back to her home for coffee and facilities well after we had checked out. Superb.

At Rose Garden...a sweet taste of impressionism

We loved the way Elisa welcomed us and made sure we felt comfortable and happy!Champagne, croissant and candle light! She was very friendly, helpful and caring. The garden was amazing and everything was organise from our arrival to the end.

Lovely garden suite with a heated pool just a few steps away from Monet's garden

This beautifully appointed garden suite exceeded our expectations. Elisa, our host was superb and went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The suite was equipped with snacks, beverages, toiletries and everything a traveler needs for a relaxing stay. It is also conveniently located in the town of Giverney, a short walk to Monet's garden and the village center. Highly recommend Elisa's lovely accommodations. We will definitely return.

Great location in Giverny only 5 minutes to Monet gardens, museum, restaurants etc. Our host was excellent, delivering croissants and bread daily for our breakfast, making us feel at home in the beautiful gardens, and advising on local restaurants, walking routes etc

Accueil très chaleureux. Elisa est d’une extrême gentillesse et surtout super cool. Nous avons pu rentrer la voiture dans la cour. La chambre est très propre et la literie confortable. Piscine assez rafraîchissante. Petit déjeuner continental avec viennoiserie et baguette excellentes provenant de la boulangerie voisine. A seulement dix minutes des jardins de Monet. 10 points aussi minimum pour ses animaux de compagnie lesquels nous ont fait beaucoup rire…

Rose Garden ist ein Paradies! Die Lage ist super, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist ruhig und entspannt. Jedes Detail wirkt liebevoll und alles passt super zusammen. Elisa ist ein Schatz und hat sofort viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Wir haben uns auf englisch unterhalten, weil mein französisch nur ein paar Worte umfasst. Alles in allem: eine Top-Empfehlung!

Denn man Giverny besucht, muss man hier übernachten!

Es ist eine privat geführte Unterkunft mit einer über alle Maßen netten Vermieterin. Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit großem Baumbestand uns Sitzmöglichkeiten, einen Swimmingpool, der überdacht ist. Bis zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Giverny, Monets Garten und Museum des Impressionismus sind es nur wenige Fußschritte. Selbst für uns, die wir mit der Bahn reisen, war es gut zu erreichen, da die Vermieterin so freundlich war, uns in Vernon am Bahnhof abzuholen und auch wieder dorthin zu bringen. Sie hat sich wirklich alle Mühe mit den Gästen gegeben, hatte gute Ratschläge, wo man essen und wann man was am Besten besuchen sollte. Man hat sich von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jedem, der Giverny besucht, empfehlen, diese Unterkunft zu nutzen. Besser geht nicht. Es gab auch noch ein kleines Frühstück, das aber keine Wünsche offen ließ. Die Backwaren waren frisch vom Bäcker nebenan. Neben Baguette gab es auch noch Croissants, Pain au Chocolat, Orangensaft und Joghurt. Kaffee natürlich auch. Und alles mit Blick in den wunderschönen Garten. Si kann ein Tag beginnen.

La padrona di casa è stata gentile e molto disponibile. Ci ha permesso di posteggiare nel giardino e ci ha dato molte informazioni sui dintorni. La casa è molto affascinante ha un bel giardino e un architettura originale. Buona la colazione, tipica francese solo dolce.

Se dovessi passare da quelle parti ci tornerei.

La signora era molto disponibile e portava tutte le mattine le brioches ed il pane freschi comprati apposta per noi e ci forniva suggerimenti e consigli. La località e' molto tranquilla. Ho parcheggiato l'automobile lungo il vialetto ma se ci fossero stati problemi avrei potuto anche metterla nel cortile privato. E' talmente tranquilla la via che l'ho lasciata fuori. La signora vive con due gatti ed un cane, molto educati e puliti. Il cane ci ha praticamente adottati e considerati di famiglia senza problemi, ma senza essere mai assolutamente invadente era obbediente e stava sempre al suo posto. Tutto perfetto. Una delle migliori location che abbiamo utilizzato in questa vacanza. E' molto vicina alla casa di Monet. L'appartamento e' pulito, e' disponibile anche la piscina (che non abbiamo pero' utilizzato essendoci fermati soltanto due notti). Il giardino e molto curato e verde. Ricorda in piccolo la casa di Monet.

Onestamente non saprei cosa migliorare. Per noi andava tutto bene.
