The property was in a great location! Walkable to downtown attractions. Very spacious! Having 3 bathrooms and three separate bedrooms was wonderful. The beds were comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay here in Gatlinburg! Here for our daughter's wedding and it was the perfect spot. Close to all the action and attractions and venue within walking distance. The condo was easy to get into, very clean and spacious with the 3beds3baths. The carport was nice as well. The pool was the perfect temperature. We felt safe here also. Great communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, the place was great. It had plenty of room for the 6 of us. We loved the location, as it was a 5 minute walk to downtown. The washing machine was broken, the owner offered to have someone come out to fix it but we declined since we were busy touring around.

We enjoyed our stay, however my son forgot a whole drawer of his clothes and I had reached out the only way I could find (a message though the evolve website) and it has been day 7 and still no response. Driving back through in a few days and was trying to make arrangements to pick up to no avail.
