Room was clean , fireplace didnโt work . Elevator broke down twice , your office was Johnny on the spot . Very impressed . Kitchen needed more utinsels and pans . Pool was a little cool , hot tub was great . Great location . Parking was a little tight . Enjoyed the stay

Could have used a few things in the kitchen( a sheet pan, an ice maker) We had a bear visit that was very cool. The unit doesn't have Washer/Dryer and the coin laundry was over five dollars. The maintenance staff were nice. The indoor pool was a rarity for the area, but was cold. Over all the value, location and the unit were good, we'd rent again

Great location, mildly run down but still nice and a heck of a location to gatlinburg. Perfect 3 bedroom because everyone has their own bathroom.

Nice location, host was responsive. Unit needs updates but we were expecting that from previous posts. No TV service and never could connect to Wi-Fi.
