The entire stay was amazing. Very clean and easy access. Everyone one in my group had their own room and bathroom which was fantastic. We stayed right above the indoor pool which was very convenient. The walk to the strip was the best part it put is almost in the middle of every where we wanted to go. We even got to see a bear when we came back from the strip walking through the woods from the front door. Definitely would rent again for another mini vacation.

There were eight of us and were so pleased with the accommodations. The condo was clean and was exactly as presented on the website. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed it after all the walking we did. The walk was easily doable, and we just had the best time! We will definitely visit again. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

Overall, our stay was nice. We stayed at Gatlinburg Towers several years ago, so I have to be honest… it is not in as good of condition as it was then, which was disappointing. On a positive note: our host, Charles, was very responsive whenever we had a question.

The host was very welcoming. Without him we would have never found the entrance. However the outside of the Gatlinburg Towers looked really bad. Needs updating badly. The rooms were great. My bathtub looked bad. No curtains on any windows. Hair on the pillow cases. Couldn't walk in bathroom without straddling the toilets.
