The property was clean and comfortably slept all six of us. Downtown was only about a 10 minute walk or a short drive. Would definitely stay here again. Saw bears every day just off the balcony!

Communication was great and rooms were as described. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We had a slight issue with dirty sheets on the sofa bed. Charles offered to send his team to clean them. Overall we were happy and we would stay again.

The host was very welcoming. Without him we would have never found the entrance. However the outside of the Gatlinburg Towers looked really bad. Needs updating badly. The rooms were great. My bathtub looked bad. No curtains on any windows. Hair on the pillow cases. Couldn't walk in bathroom without straddling the toilets.
