This inviting 2,650 sq ft home is perfectly positioned where the canal meets Galveston Bay, offering stunning waterfront views, easy access to boating and fishing, and the ideal setting for family-friendly outdoor living. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 14 guests, Bay Vista is a true gem for water lovers and sunset seekers alike.
With its unique bayfront location, Bay Vista delivers panoramic views, private water access, and spectacular sunsets. A large, partially covered deck off the main living area stretches over the boat slip, making it a perfect place to unwind with a cool drink in hand while you take in the tranquil sights and sounds of the bay. The boat slip is available for guest use (please note: lift is not accessible), and guests also enjoy access to the private Terramar Beach boat launch and community pool, just moments away.

The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with water views, a wine bar, and a breakfast bar for extra seating. The main floor also includes a guest bedroom with a king bed, a shared hallway bath, and a spacious primary suite with a king bed, TV, private bathroom, and direct access to the bay-view deck.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements. One room offers a king and a Full bed, while the other features two sets of pyramid bunks, making it perfect for kids or teens. A shared hallway bathroom ensures convenience for everyone.
Downstairs, the shaded area under the home becomes an extension of your living space. An outdoor bar connects to an additional bonus room with a fridge, storage, and half bath—perfect for entertaining, prepping for fishing trips, or simply relaxing while the kids play in the fenced yard. We love this house and will continue to book it! Just a few hiccups - The internet wasn’t working but someone brought a hot spot to us. Three vendors showed up during the week and we weren’t made aware of them coming. We discovered mid-week that the dryer didn’t work (and had a load of clean wet clothes. We reported it but no one responded. Then the dryer repair just showed up one day. He wasn’t able to fix it. We never heard from the property mgr about this - so we couldn’t wash clothes. We would’ve appreciated more communication - especially for the price we paid.

We loved our vacay at Bay Vista and all wished we could’ve stayed longer! The house was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and everything worked! No issues like you usually have at rental homes. We all said we never want to stay at any other beach house but this one. For a family of five with three adult boys, we never felt crowded - I loved that we could all sit at the dining table for dinner. The view was spectacular - and the outdoor seating options were so nice. We will be back for sure! If I had three wishes - I wish there were kayaks to use, wish we could’ve used the lift and wish the bunk beds had been made for us.

This was a fishing weekend that was planned months in advance but was spoiled due to incompetence by either the maintenance, management and or property owners by misplacing and or losing the key for the private boat launch area!
