About this house rental
Tiki Breeze is the perfect place for your entire family or group of friends to get away and make lasting memories. This well-equipped beach house has large porches, decks, beautiful canal views, and a custom tiki bar! You will enjoy fishing and kayaking. You can bring your boat and use the boat slip. Enjoy watching the game around the Tiki bar, spending quality time with loved ones, and enjoying sunsets you will never forget. We even have a putting green. Across the street are endless bayside sunset views! Be sure to take the opportunity to enjoy a scenic canal cruise on one of the three kayaks. You are sure to see beautiful birds and wildlife along the way. There is a comfortable porch swing that you can relax in while watching others fish off the dock. The tiki bar is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy grilling and eating at your own personal bar and grill. The outdoor covered and enclosed lanai offers shade, breezes, and ample seating for enjoying cold beverages, and taking in the beautiful views. There is also a dry bar and storm shutters if the weather changes and you want to continue to enjoy the space. The home is nestled near the renowned Sunset Cove. The perfect location where you can take in magical sunsets.
On the main living level, there is plenty of room to spread out. Besides the beautiful lanai, there is an indoor large living area to relax and watch tv on the big screen as well as an indoor bar for hanging out or enjoying meals. Adjacent to the bar is a large dining room with bench seating and two end seats that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Along with the dining room and bar, there is additional seating at the kitchen counter with two bar stools. Along with the many gathering and dining areas on the main level, there is one bedroom that offers a twin bunk bed and futon sleeper which can accommodate 3 guests.
Upstairs you will find 4 large bedrooms - A master suite with a king-size bed and private bathroom. There is a futon in this room if you have little ones or need extra room for sleeping. The second bedroom has 4 built-in twin bunk beds which the kids will love. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a cozy retreat. The fifth and final bedroom offers a full-size and twin bed that sleeps 3. Also on the upper level, there is a lovely wraparound porch for enjoying views of Galveston Bay & incredible sunsets at Sunset Cove.
Terramar neighborhood offers a communal neighborhood pool and fishing dock.

Everything was great! The Boat slip was a plus and helpful since most homes do not have a boat slip. Outside area was amazing. Tiki area was perfect! Putting green wasn’t useable but outside was great. The inside needs a lot of work. Make sure you bring extra blankets for the bed. Comforters are very thin. There wasn’t a lot of cleaning supplies. The things listed on the listing weren’t really in working condition. there was one broom that wasnt great. The vacuum smelled very bad. The decking is not in safe conditions. The railing upstairs was very wobbly so if you have small kids beware. Make sure you bring everything you will possibly need. They ask for you to replenish items you use but it doesn’t look like people have done that in the past and do not go back to check. We brought all our own soap, paper towels, toilet paper, had to go purchase silverware. The host was very responsive and if there was a question she was very willing to help. Overall the stay was great just the house and the items in it need a little tlc.

We had a great stay at the canal house! The space was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Everything was as described, and we really enjoyed our time there. The only minor suggestion would be to label the light switches—there were quite a few, and it took some trial and error to figure out which switch controlled what. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Tiki Breeze was perfect for our trip. Great accommodations with plenty of room and things to do at the home. Nearby activities were also a breeze! We enjoyed the pool and beach as well as fishing from the dock each day and night.

The stay and location was good. The amenities need to be upgraded. There was only one working TV in the living room. The TV in the sunroom upstairs we wasn’t able to plug it in to the wall outlet because the card couldn’t reach so we had to buy an extension cord. Once I was able to get the TV on there wasn’t a remote control. The TV in the Tiki Bar did not work and I was told the TV was streaming via Roku but there was no power cord for the Roku device which was another area we couldn’t watch TV. The one bedroom that had a TV that remote didn’t have batteries. My suggestion is these things should be checked before being rented. They advertise 4 restrooms but there were only 3 and an outdoor shower. With all that said the house was still nice, I just wanted to watch Football on Sunday
