The home's sleeping accommodations are divided into three separate sleeping areas, each with its own private exterior entrance. The main level features three bedrooms, including the Primary Suite, Queen bedroom, and Full/Twin bedroom, along with the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The ground-level suite, accessible only from the exterior, includes a King bedroom, Twin bedroom, shared Hollywood bath, and kitchenette. A separate bunk room with Twin bunk beds is also accessible only from the exterior. Please note there is no interior access from the main level to either of the ground-level sleeping areas. This unique layout offers added privacy and flexibility for multiple families, couples, or groups traveling together. Every thing was good. The door knobs and doors need to be replaced. There is a spot on the dock that needs to be repaired. I think there is a board that has broken underneath and that could be an issue. The master bathroom electricity wasn’t working. We called for two days and I emailed. We didn’t get a response until Tuesday. So we were not happy about that.

This property met our wants for a canal house with a private pool. The general cleanliness--the bathrooms, kitchen, linens were all good. The outside of the house needs some maintenance. This property is new to Ryson and I am sure that they will maintain it. We have rented with Ryson before and have always been satisfied with them. This house had a key box, so check in and check out was easy.

The house fit our family needs perfectly. Very roomy and never felt like we were on top of each other. The view is great and sunsets are breathtaking. The pool was a big hit with everyone. Amazing time with faming making memories.

The location of Luna Mar was beautiful, can’t beat the view. The property while decorated very nice, is in bad need of updating. The deck was literally falling apart the patio furniture also. No decent frying pans or knives. Flooring in kitchen and living room needs replacing!! Very nice pool, however the last full day we were there, I was cussed out by the pool guy, he told me to go F myself when I asked him if he could come back the next day so the kids could swim before 8:00pm. Very very rude way to speak to a grandmother!!!! I would stay here again but I would definitely bring my own pans and knives!!!
