PRIVATE LAKE MICHIGAN BEACH ACCESS, IN-GROUND COMMUNITY POOL, TENNIS, BASKETBALL, AND SAND VOLLEY BALL COURTS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE.
This is a brand new cottage located in Duna Vista Resort. Just minutes walking or biking distance from the LAKE!! This gorgeous 1700 sq. ft. cottage has 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathroom, It sleeps 8 comfortably! , The main floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom and the basement has a recreation TV room, another full bathroom, and two more bedrooms.
All furniture and appliances in this cozy cottage are brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, brand new refrigerator with ice maker, brand new stove, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, and blender. The cottage has linens, towels, bedding, washer, dryer & cleaning supplies. We have cable hooked to a 4K SMART TV in the main living room. If you have any Netflix or Hulu accounts you will be able to access them while staying with us. We also provide WiFi ready for use. We will have beach chairs and coolers for your convenience. Main floor has open floor plan with a living room and kitchen. It has a cute hutch to store your gear as you enter the foyer. The main floor bedrooms have Queen size beds. The basement has a room with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed and one set of bunks in it. The TV recreation room will have a futon and a second TV. This home is part of an association, so there are tennis, basketball and sand volley ball courts, and an in-ground pool available for your use as well! This is a beautiful area to vacation with so many things to do in the area from fantastic views of Lake Michigan, beautiful beaches, and beautiful paths for walking or running. We are close to the following attractions: AJs for Putt Putt Golf and go carts for the kids, Silver Lake for dune buggy rides, and Michigan Adventures. Downtown Pentwater is a 5 minute ride where it offers specialty shops and restaurants as well as band concerts on Thursday nights. Sorry, no pets! Starting after Memorial day we will only take weekly rentals throughout the summer until Labor Day. Fall, Winter and Spring we will take any rentals as required. We will work out check in and check outs with you at the time of the booking. We look forward to have you come stay with us.

We had a relaxing week-long stay in August. The cottage was sparkling clean, well-stocked (kitchen supplies, board games, yard games, beach gear), and in a quiet area. The beach was very close and the water was crystal clear. The kids had fun playing on the swingset by the clubhouse and shooting hoops when the weather was too cool for the beach. We love how the cottage is located very close to downtown Pentwater, but also only a short drive to a bigger city like Ludington. This was our fourth stay and we will be back for a fifth!

The Cozy Cottage checked all the boxes and was perfect for our family. It was clean, well-appointed (kitchen supplies, beach towels, etc.) and had fun extras like board games, yard games, and bunk beds for the kids. We spent a lot of time at the private beach which was just a short drive down the road. The beds were very comfortable. (So much so that I wrote down the brand and style!) The owners clearly have taken great care of the cottage and have thought of everything to make the stay as stress-free as possible for their guests.
It was such a great week that we've already booked it again for next year.
