Ideal for couples or small families, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat offers comfort, convenience, and unbeatable access to the beach and resort amenities.
Step outside onto your private oversized patio—just a few steps from the white sandy beach and the main pool. Inside, you’ll find a remodeled kitchen and bathroom, updated appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need. (Too many thoughtful upgrades to list!)
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a cozy sitting area, smart TV, and direct access to the patio. The living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, another smart TV, and more patio access! You’ll also enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer inside the unit.

This property truly was a little slice of heaven. The location is perfect with a nice size outdoor patio where you can sit and relax and enjoy the sound and sight of the ocean. Karen was a wonderful host, always responding immediately whenever we had a question. The place was very clean, kitchen well equipped for all of our needs. Looking forward to a return trip next fall!!

We loved this condo so much that we are going to try to rent it again next year. It was spotless when we checked in. The newly renovated kitchen is beautiful. Above all else, the location of this condo could not be any more perfect!! Karen was a wonderful host and we highly recommend this space for your next family vacation.

Beautifully maintained and well supplied with everything you could want or need. Lovely outdoor patio for dini ng and relaxing. Very private. In beautiful Seapointe Village. A destination resort.
