Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the residence prior to your arrival.
Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters & pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen service onto your reservation for an additional price. If adding one of our linen services, then the linens & towels will be prepared prior to your arrival.
Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all residences are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.
Comfort and Convenience: Enjoy beautiful ocean views and peaceful southern exposure from the spacious veranda, complemented by custom-made furniture cushions, updated kitchen and bathroom backsplashes, and a modern kitchen with Viking appliances, granite countertops, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. As part of your stay at The Grand at Diamond Beach, you will have access to the community's shared resort-style amenities, including private beach access, a heated beachfront infinity pool, children's pool, hot tub/spa, fitness center, sauna, game room, private off-beach storage, outdoor grilling area, and lobby lounge.
Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day through Labor Day, subject to The Grand's management and seasonal operations.
Pool Availability Notice: Please note that access to The Grand's community pools is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pools may be closed during the off-season, periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to The Grand's operating dates, management, and community operations.
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
Safety Features: Safety is prioritized with features like smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher.

My extended family has stayed at The Grand for a week each summer since it opened. Every vacation has been wonderful. Ricky has always been responsive and accommodating to my questions and requests.

Beautiful and lovely top of the line property! Loved it so much! Only negatives were poor washing machine with grease stains and master bed mattress/box spring. The team members were fabulous! So efficient and quick to respond! Very well run operation!

The water quality has caused the toilets to have significant build up on them. They need a good cleaning.
Otherwise, we really loved the unit and building. We will come back again!
