Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the residence prior to your arrival.
Parking: Two reserved parking spaces are available for your stay.
Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters & pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen service onto your reservation for an additional price. If adding one of our linen services, then the linens & towels will be prepared prior to your arrival.
Comfort and Convenience: Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the spacious wraparound veranda of this beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence, featuring Viking appliances and elegant marble bathrooms. As part of your stay at The Grand at Diamond Beach, you will have access to the community's shared resort-style amenities, including private beach access, seasonal community pools, hot tub/spa, fitness center, sauna, game room, private off-beach storage, outdoor grilling area, and lobby lounge.
Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day through Labor Day, subject to The Grand's management and seasonal operations.
Pool Availability Notice: Please note that access to The Grand's community pools is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pools may be closed during the off-season, periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to The Grand's operating dates, management, and community operations.
Non-Smoking Policy: Please note that all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
Please note: The residence is located on the 3rd floor of The Grand at Diamond Beach.

I know it wasn’t under your control but there should be earlier check in especially if the unit wasn’t rented the week before and if it’s clean. Also the staff at the Grand wasn’t the friendliest to receive the bands. While I was bringing in my stuff I over heard a family trying to get the wrist bands at 2:45 and heard the staff say not until 3. That shouldn’t be. The staff at the pool was always so helpful and friendly.
The staff was great and very attentive.

Our family had the BEST vacation stay at the Grand. Beautiful accommodations, both inside and out- amazing beach view and access and the beach service is amazing. The pool is extremely clean, spacious in size and provides a relaxing environment. Can’t wait to come back next year! Everyone at KW was so attentive and eager to answer any questions we had about our property. The check in and check out process was a breeze!
