Welcome to Residence 509 in The Grand at Diamond Beach

Second Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
Third Bedroom (Den): 1 Queen Sleeper sofa and 1 Twin Trundle
Living Room: 2 Queen Sleeper sofas
Things to Remember:
Parking: There are two reserved parking spaces labeled 57 and 58.
Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the residence prior to your arrival.
Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters & pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen service onto your reservation for an additional price. If adding one of our linen services, then the linens & towels will be prepared prior to your arrival.
Comfort and Convenience: Enjoy beautiful ocean and sunrise views from the wraparound veranda, along with hardwood flooring, Viking appliances, granite countertops, Carrara marble bathrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi and TVs. As part of your stay at The Grand at Diamond Beach, you will have access to the community's shared resort-style amenities, including private beach access, a heated beachfront infinity pool, children's pool, hot tub/spa, fitness center, sauna, game room, private off-beach storage, and outdoor grilling area.
Please note that Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day through Labor Day, subject to The Grand's management and seasonal operations.
Pool Availability Notice: Please note that access to The Grand's community pools is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pools may be closed during the off-season, periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to The Grand's operating dates, management, and community operations.
Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all residences are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

Overall the property is beautiful. It is clean and very well maintained. I would most likely stay again. My hesitation stems from not being greeted welcomingly by the front desk at the Grand. The 2 young women were not friendly and I really felt like they were annoyed by us entering- not what I expected. I also don’t care for wearing a paper wristband at a high end resort. The Grand staff is really good at watching everything you do. I felt watched over the entire time we were there. I guess they were making sure we “belonged”. It was off putting. It took away from the overall experience. Your team was easy to work with. The team was friendly and responsive. My low ratings are due to a disconnect between the rental agency and The Grand staff
