Our condo is located on the Top floor of Seapointe Village's - Acclaimed Gardens Building & has spectacular views of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoy the sound of the waves with 1110 square feet of living space, this two bedroom unit comfortably accommodates a family.
Gardens Building is centrally located and private beach, kid's pool as well as playgrounds (tennis/basketball courts/swings/fire pit etc..) are easily accessible.
Seapointe Village is a family and couple-oriented OCEAN FRONT RESORT situated on a PRIVATE BEACH in Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach, New Jersey just across the bridge from Victorian CAPE MAY. Seapointe Village is an exclusive, gated community set on 17 acres of beautifully landscaped and maintained ocean front property with a privately owned beach.
24 hour security is provided and Seapointe Village offers many features to make you feel like you are vacationing at a resort including 4 pools, 6 hot tubs, toddler pools, children's playground, tennis courts, basketball court, a health and fitness center and a Beach Grill that also provides service to the pool areas. In addition to the hot tubs near each pool, there are also BBQ grills for your use. The beach is just steps away from the building as you follow the wooden path through the dunes to the sandy beach.
Each pool is a unique setting with some kiddie and toddler areas, quiet places for adults and attractive features including a waterfall at the large beach side pool. All pool facilities are open from May-October.
Seapointe Village is just minutes from the Wildwood Boardwalk, the Convention Center and many water activities. Just south of Seapoint Village is the bridge leading to Cape May.
In the Living Room, sliding doors lead to the balcony where you can enjoy the ocean while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails or just sit and enjoy a book. The sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper. And the flat screen TV with many cable channels and a Blue-Ray DVD player is a great place for the family to gather.
The Dining Room seats 5 people and the eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for your family unless you prefer to avoid the kitchen and visit any of the many restaurants in the surrounding area.
The Master Bedroom has a King-Size bed and a small sitting area. A spacious master bath with a standing shower is located within the Master Suite. There is a private sliding door leading to the ocean view balcony. This room has its own TV with many cable channels.
The second bedroom has twin beds and also has sliding door leading to the ocean view balcony. This room has its own TV with many cable channels, too. The second bathroom is right outside the bedroom.
Linens and towels are provided. The condo has its own laundry room with a large washer and dryer.

We have stayed at Seapointe in the past, and this was one of the nicer places we have stayed at. Clean and nicely updated. Would definitely stay again!
