Our condo is located on the Fourth floor of Seapointe Village's - Acclaimed South Beach Building & has spectacular views of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoy the sound of the waves with 1200+ square feet of living space, this Completely Renovated two bedroom unit comfortably accommodates a family.
South Beach Building is ocean front building with easy access to Ocean front pool, kid's pool as well as playgrounds (tennis/basketball courts/swings/fire pit etc..) are easily accessible.
Seapointe Village is a family and couple-oriented OCEAN FRONT RESORT situated on a PRIVATE BEACH in Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach, New Jersey just across the bridge from Victorian CAPE MAY. Seapointe Village is an exclusive, gated community set on 17 acres of beautifully landscaped and maintained ocean front property with a privately owned beach. 24 hour security is provided and Seapointe Village offers many features to make you feel like you are vacationing at a resort including 4 pools, 6 hot tubs, toddler pools, children's playground, tennis courts, basketball court, a health and fitness center and a Beach Grill that also provides service to the pool areas. In addition to the hot tubs near each pool, there are also BBQ grills for your use. The beach is just steps away from the building as you follow the wooden path through the dunes to the sandy beach.
Each pool is a unique setting with some kiddie and toddler areas, quiet places for adults and attractive features including a waterfall at the large beach side pool. All pool facilities are open from May-October.
Seapointe Village is just minutes from the Wildwood Boardwalk, the Convention Center and many water activities. Just south of Seapointe Village is the bridge leading to Historic Cape May.
In the Living Room, sliding doors lead to the balcony where you can enjoy the ocean while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails or just sit and enjoy a book. The sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper. And the flat screen TV with many cable channels is a great place for the family to gather.
Updated Kitchen has QUARTZ counter top with stainless steel Appliances and modern cabinets.
The Dining Room seats 5 people and the eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for your family unless you prefer to avoid the kitchen and visit any of the many restaurants in the surrounding area.
The Master Bedroom has a spacious King-Size bed. A spacious master bath with a marble top vanity and luxurious glass door standing shower is located within the Master Suite. There is a private sliding door leading to the harbor/inland view balcony. This room has its own 35" flat screen TV with many cable channels.
The second bedroom has twin beds and has its own 50" flat screen TV setup with Roku as well as Xfinity channels. The second bathroom is right outside the bedroom which has marble vanity top with Tub Shower with Subway tiles.
Linens and towels are provided. The condo has its own laundry room with a large Energy Efficient washer and dryer.

Already planning to stay here again! The location offers a variety of things to do including the beach, tennis, and pools. The condo was clean, nicely updated, and everything was available to relax and enjoy the vacation.

My family (2 adults, 2 toddlers) had a great stay here for a quick getaway. The condo actually felt a lot bigger than the pictures portrayed! A few things worth mentioning for any parents of younger kids looking to book this condo...1) the shades get the room DARK - so no need to worry about that. 2) The front door locks automatically from the outside with a code, but from the inside, there wasn't a way to lock it so my 2 year old kept opening the door until we blocked it off. Otherwise, Andy's instructions were super clear before arrival and would love to book this again soon!

The condo was recently renovated and priced much higher then other compatible properties in the same location.
Unfortunately the high price didn't come with good customer service. The owner nickles and dimes, we were faced with a long list of items that would result in additional fees, i. e. for using owner's hand towel or leaving cup in a dishwasher. After paying much higher cleaning fee we were also asked to leave a tip in the envelope left on top of the counter top even though there were no additional cleaning services provided after check in.
The contractor who did renovation cut many corners, doors in laundry room and front closet were not closing. They used a cheap improper hardware to install curtain rods which started to fall off the wall. I took the picture of the rod during our stay but unfortunately due to wifi issues with my phone the picture didn't go thru that day. The owner tried to make this issue between the tenants even after we sent the pictures of the cheap improper hardware that was used by their previous contractor. This is a safety matter that should have been addressed by the owner, instead to our surprise we received an invoice for $40 that owner claims they spent to replace the small plastic screw hopefully with proper hardware this time! We are disputing this fee and considering taking matter to the court as it is a safety issue that should be taken care by the owner at the first place.
