We have set up OUR UNIT to maximize your stay and it's a large True TWO Bed TWO Bath Condo! New Flooring added recently in Living area/dining/kitchen.

TWO QUEEN Beds and TWO Twin Beds, plus one Twin Trundle. A unique set up for a Two Bedroom. FYI: Some units may say 2 bedroom 2 bath BUT are actually smaller, with a "den" turned into 2nd bedroom and/or a 1/2 bath that added a small "tight" shower stall to say it's 2 & 2 but ** WE ARE a true FULL 2 BR, 2 FULL Bath unit ** with separate Laundry room (Not in closet) etc and larger space in overall unit. Larger Bedrooms, Larger Master Bath, Larger Closets. Larger Kitchen and more. Compare carefully :) Ask for Sq Footage.
** Please NOTE: we typically rent 7 night stays in PEAK season, Saturday to Saturday, but ask for flexibility if needed. Outside of Mid-June to End of August, other options may be offered. $135 SHORT STAY cleaning fee may apply for less than full week stays. $400 Security Deposit refundable (with nom issues)... Any added cleaning or other fees and Security Deposit will be direct from guest to owner. Glad to discuss added details. We will book on a 1st come (1st to commit), 1st serve basis with priority to full week rentals.

Many call Seapointe Village a rare gem and there’s nothing like it for summertime family fun in the area. A 17 acre resort-like community at the JERSEY SHORE!
Please take a few minutes to see this wonderful, gated, private complex located at the most amazing Private Beach in NJ and the surrounding area, which also features 4 Pool Complexes, Hot Tubs, Tennis & Basketball Courts, a “Kids” activity club and so much more... A 15 minute drive to the Wildwood Boardwalk to the North, & Cape May to the South, but a world away from the crowds.
Just before the bridge to Cape May, DIAMOND BEACH sits next to an undeveloped nature preserve and bird Sanctuary. Please reach out to confirm current availability!
NOTE: We book up completely each season, so book early when possible!

We cannot provide any discount during peak summer season as we book up full each year.

Rates are based on 6 guests staying in Unit. If added guests are in need of accommodation, please discuss with us directly for best options. There is bedding for 7 but that's typically a mix of Adults and children and an added fee for over base # may be charged. No unregistered guests may stay at anytime.
An Occupancy Agreement must be signed and returned with a deposit to confirm a reservation.
