The dirties apartment ever

Nothing, I could hardly survive for a night

It was really horrible. I have been travelling with Booking for more than 10 year, but I have never seen such a dirty apartment before. There were pieces of bread under the bed, everything was so old and dirty. We stayed for only one night, but if I could describe our experience with one word, it would be disgusting.

I see lots of negative reviews from people who probably had very unrealistic/unfair expectations based on the rate this apartment is offered at. I travel a lot with my kids, so I want to give this place a proper review. Good points: Very fast and reliable internet, this is great if you work remotely. A lot of rentals in this area don't have internet, especially if they are affordably priced. And hotel internet is often terrible. The apartment is spacious and more like a small townhome than an apartment. It has a big enclosed patio that kids can play on or which could accommodate a children's inflatable pool The beds were reasonably comfortable, and the sheets had been freshly washed. Two towels were provided, and they were clean and decent quality. This is great, considering that often properties this affordably priced charge an added fee for linens as do hostels. They cleaned the apartment AND left cleaning supplies in the bathroom and kitchen, so the very meticulous could touch it up themselves if it was not up to your standards. The bathtub looked "dirty" to me at first, but I realized upon inspection that it was spotless, just older with some wear and tear on the floor of it. Water pressure and heat in the bathroom and kitchen was excellent. Microwave works. Adjacent to a large green park with a playground... Only one other exists like this in Avignon... which takes me to my next point - It's technically "not" in Avignon. But it's better - especially for families with kids. Its in a charming border village called Montfavet, with a stunning medieval cathedral of its own, quaint shops and restaurants right outside your door. Also outside your door is a bus stop. Bus #4 takes you to avignon's city center in 10 minutes.

I did not pay enough money for this place to feel entitled to complaining... Its a great value.

La casa era davvero rovinata, sporca, ogni cosa era trascurata e lasciata andare. Una notte terribile. Mi spiace dover fare una recensione così, mai successa un' esperienza del genere su booking: pur cercando sempre i migliori prezzi con strutture non di lusso,questa volta siamo andati a dormire vestiti e fuggiti al prima possibile. abbiamo persino bucato una gomma, perché era pieno di ferraglia,chiodi e spazzatura davanti all' alloggio.

La proximité du festival d Avignon

Très difficile à trouver (petit numéro), la boîte à clés qui fonctionne pas cassé. Studio pas très soigné, très vetuste, salle de bain qui fuit, c est bien pour une nuit mais plus délicat sur longs séjours. Dommage, car réaménager lieu qui peut être vraiment chouette. Un peu cher pour le minimum confort.

Juste pour dormir pas cher sans exigence de confort.

Appartement (N°2) plutôt grand. Calme. Pas de bruits la nuit. Chauffage correct mais non réglable. Prix.

Nombreuses choses délabrées maintenues par de mauvais bricolages. Propreté absente en certains endroits. Nous avons croisé la propriétaire par hasard à notre arrivée. Contact furtif sans visite de l'intérieur... on comprend pourquoi ! La photo de l'annonce est trompeuse. La vraie façade des entrées est tout aussi délabrée.
