Perfect location, perfect host

We must have been there on a first surprising temperature drop of winter : christmas eve, the room was cold , the toilets are in a little hallway and and not heated…. Freezing to get out of bed and go to the toilets 🥶

Nice room, big, clean, comfortable. The host is very helpful and accomodating. When she saw that my luggage was heavy, she offered me a suite on the first floor, instead of the planned room on the third floor. It was cold and rainy so it felt nice to have a warm welcome and a warm room.

I liked this place, definitely will stay again, and I do recommend it to others.

Very good location to the city center and other useful buildings to us. Very friendly and helpful hostess. Room cleaned daily. WiFi in the room. Coffee/tea machine in the room (the short manual to it would be helpful).

I would change the toilet brush, it is too short in it's holder. No hand soup in the bathroom, asked to provide, and I got it, but next day after cleaning it disappeared again, maybe the cleaning lady did not know that I was using it, so I started to use shampoo in this small bottle instead. Struggled to open the front door at the first time, Would be helpful to add PUSH sign on the door.

Spacious B'n'B close the river/canal Leie

The studio under the roof is very spacious, i.e. it's a big one room apartment with kitchenette and "chill out corner". Good value for the money. Comfy beds, very small balcony. Nice & uncomplicated Landlady. Check-in was personal and very smooth. Close to the river/canal Leie. Generally clam, but the bar "Het paleitje" around the corner can get quit noisy at week-ends (after 11 pm, it was quiet).

Although still in walking distance, I did not find restaurants with good reviews around the B'n'B (therre are lots of bars/restaurants to choose from around Grote Markt). As it is under the roof, I might get very hot in the summer (was not an issue when I stayed there in late May).

Perfect

The host was so great! She was very welcoming and was there for anything I needed. Breakfast was an absolute treat as well, it was home cooked food that was well worth it. Very nice selection as well. I stayed in the loft and it was very cool, nice new updates throughout, small kitchenette, and very nice shower. The bed was very comfortable as well! I would highly recommend staying here!

Free coffee and tea available at the room. Really nice terrace next to the bedroom! Close to the city center Friendly Staff!

The kitchen has facilities to cook, but we didn't found a towel to dry the dishes or a sponge for the dishes. (Probably forgotten, so no big deal)

Great hospitality, amazing interior design, good location and ultra clean - amazing breakfast

The welcome of the host was great despite arriving quite late - really nice chat and I was given the slightly larger suite rather than the loft. Amazing room with bath and shower, all open plan and very central, only a 5min stroll to the main square - parking outside is street parking and free from 6pm-9am - you can pay by card for the morning already in the evening in case you don't want to get up to feed the pay machine... Wonderful breakfast with cold meats and cheese, freshly squeezed orange juice, home made fruit salad - fresh bread and freshly made crepes together with a choice of eggs

Proche de toute commodité, parking non payant au bord de la rivière la Lys qui ce trouve à 2 minutes. Petit déjeuner copieux variés, avec une petite touche pour la Saint Nicolas. Chambre Loft sous les toits, au calme, petit balcon avec vue sur la ville.
