Could not be more centrally located Super clean Good soundproofing, which was necessary with the late bar just below. Free (good) coffee in the shared kitchen was a plus

A delightful gem in the heart of Mouscron.

The location was superb - right on the Grand Place and a perfect spot to watch the cycling. The staff were so welcoming and treated me very well throughout the entire stay. I was even lucky enough to be upgraded to a stunning apartment! I will absolutely be back!

Avoid this hotel if you want to sleep normal hours, ideal if you like to crash the party!

We arrived for a 2 night stay, and on both nights there was a party inside of the building. Door to the hall was open as was the entrance door. As you can imagine, we could "enjoy" all of the loud dance music in our beds up to 4AM. Never woke up less rested from a hotel stay than this. Sleeping in the living room would not improve matters, as there we could follow all conversations of smokers outside of the difference cafe's next to the hotel. Zero sound insulation, both back and front! To make it even better, both mornings we were informed the elevator broke down, and access to our hotel room was needed to repair. Avoid this hotel if you want to sleep normal hours, ideal if you like to crash the party!

There’s bars and clubs surrounding the hotel and you can’t sleep during the weekend due to loud music. Room wasn’t cleaned but one time my whole visit of 5 nights

Excellent hotel for a budget price

I booked this hotel for one night, expecting a nice bed and a shower in my room and I got much more. The room was very thoughtfully equipped. All the basic stuff that you expect was there, but what stood out was the attention to detail. From the cleanliness of the room to the tin of mints and the complimentary coffee to the very friendly advice from the concierge. Everything was just a little bit better than expected. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasant experience. We had a nice stay in this self-sustained hotel. The room was clean and well-organized, and the kitchen was well-equipped and clean. Staff were also very helpful. Small improvements could be constantly checking the coffee machine and cleaning the garbage in the common area more frequently.

The procedure to get the key didn’t work (my code was not recognised by the keycafe box), but I called the hotel hotline and someone could immediately help me remotely, even though it was 2am. Great service!

The location is perfect, right on the market square in Mouscron. My room was spotless, with a very comfortable soft mattress. I was only staying one night but would have been very happy to have been there for longer. The entire building has clearly been refurbished very recently, and it looks good and feels fresh. There are a couple of big balconies / roof areas that would be nice to spend time in.

There was no staff person present for check-in. Entry is via a code that is sent to you beforehand. I can appreciate that this is to keep costs down, and it didn't bother me at all. Might be an issue for some people though.

L’accès aisé, la facilité pour récupérer les clés.

Le bruit pendant toute la nuit nous a empêché de dormir. Une soirée digne d’une boîte de nuit s’est tenu jusqu’au petit matin au pied de l’hôtel.
