Room Breakfast Bed were all satisfactory but I would suggest to put handles in the bathroom and in the bath.When you shower water spells out on floor and when and gets slippery and someone could slip and fall and hurt.

I will come again when visiting the area.

I called the reception early morning and ask for shaving kit. she was very responsive and interactive, in one minute she response, the staff are nice people, the only issue is that water only 2 pcs in the room during your stay, once it's finished, you have to pay for the nature water. also the Moroccan girl she helped me finding the restaurant I like. they are good but need some enhancements

We really enjoyed our stay, we know the area so knew nothing was close.

Breakfast that was provided was tasty and plentiful. Enjoyed our stay, provided the base we needed for the visit's we wanted to make. Staff friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was not open, so no dinner available close to the hotel. Snacks were available from the bar. The hotel is a taxi ride or car ride to anywhere.

the staff and cleanliness of the hotel

we asked for a disability accessible room but what we got was a basic room with shower but no grab rails so quite difficult for my partner to fully access the toilet and shower

Good value for money weekend spa retreat

Pool and Sauna are great - but we had the whole area just for us. The sauna is very small if you'd have to share it with other guests. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff was super friendly, individually opening up the pool within 5 minutes. The breakfast was really great.

Location - the views from the rooms facing the motorway is not great. The pressure of the rainforest showerheads (both in rooms and in the spa area) is not great. The pool had a lot of dirt in it (beginning of April though, just after opening).
