Got what I paid for in short, cheap and acceptable

Was a lovely building and everything you needed the lady was lovely even boiled the kettle for me

Nice place is a quiet town. The landlord is a nice guy. It works for an overnight stay

The bathtub fails to drain water. A more intense floor mopping is required in the room.

Absolutely would return, great value for money.

I was looking for a clean, no-frills, and affordable place to stay during a business trip. Accommodation prices in Belgium can be quite high, but this property offered exactly what I needed at a very reasonable rate. The new owners clearly care about improving the place even further, and it shows. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused. I believe it will only continue to get better with time.

Short work stay in Maison Blanche

I liked the option to pick up the keys in the door to enter and leave at any time that one requires. It was a good service price relation. I visited because I had a work stay in a nearby company, and had to leave very early, so it was a very convenient location option.

Due to my short stay, I was unable to fully enjoy the hostel's environment and its other services. I would have appreciated more flexibility with breakfast options, as I left very early and couldn't eat breakfast, and there aren't many eating places in the area.

Overall its good. Some things like the doors are odd and difficult, however its not bad and it gets the job done. Its also a really good price.

Its a bit odd as its a house where the 4 rooms upstairs are the rooms. The general location doesnt have much although its easy to get elsewhere. Could use trash cans in each of the rooms

The breakfast was home made and the bread was always baked in the oven manually to increase its athentic freshness. The large garden and guest room, but likewise the individual room, added to a nice ecperience in Wielsbeke, Belgium

Beds are confortable

Is in the middle of nowhere, the owners they don't pay attention to costumers, not by phone not there when you arrive. There is no contact at all even if you need it. The toilet is shared, no problem for that, but the problem is the shower and toilet are shared and there is only one. So if someone is taking a shower, noone else from any room can go to toilet.

No one picked up the phone so we had to sleep in the car

We had to sleep in the car because we were 15 minutes late. An hour before reception closed, no one would pick up the phone and so we couldn't speak to anyone.

Unable to gain entry as phone number on door not clear and several cats in the property. No food available to purchase on arrival . All shops, restaurants and bars closed on Mondays!!

Big room, comfy bed and pillows A veranda which I'm sure lovely to use during summer.

No mirror in the room, only in the bathroom/toilet. Toilet hard to plush, you have to do it many times to plush it all away. Blocked shower drainage, though the owner was quick to respond and have a look at it. There's a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea available.

Hostess was very friendly and location was great. The breakfast was So good- pancake, fresh orange juice. It didn´t even matter that the bathroom was not connected to the room. As a bonus- room had Netflix :)

Accomodation need some refurbishment, but considering the price / values side of it it came with a very good price. We have spent two nights there and we went to Ostend and Bruges, which was easy 1 hour ride by car. Breakfasts were great.

The room was huge and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms were really good value for money. Its in a quiet area but perfect for an overnight stop whilst travelling home to the UK. I would happily stay again.

Absolutely perfect location for beer tourism - more than 40 breweries around. A fabulous, diverse and always healthy breakfast. Nice kind and helpful host.

Maybe a small renovation of the room interior will help.
