It is 150sqm with 2 bathrooms, 2big balconies (sun beds,chairs&big table), 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with twin beds), big living room, kitchen (fridge,freezer,cooker,filter coffee maker,dishwasher,hood,oven,electric kettle,toaster,microwave,utensils,cutlery,glasses). It's fully equipped (free wi-fi internet, LCDTV with satellite programs, washing machine, iron, ironing board, bed linen, towels, toiletries,...). Baby cot, high chair and child's toilet seat should be asked for in advance. Safe parking place in the underground garage can be booked in advance at 10Euro per day per car. Bus station is beside the building, bus no.4-to the Old Town in 10 minutes. Big & modern lift from the underground garage to the 3rd floor available. Pedestrian walking tracks by the sea for 4km. In the immediate vicinity are restaurants, bars, children's playgrounds, supermarket, swimming pools, tennis courts, wellness and spa center, beach volleyball and watersports.
